Drop & Go Locker System
Drop off any time and collect any time. Your laundry is processed on the next service-wash shift and stored securely in a numbered locker.
Drop Off
- Ask in-store for a locker code, or WhatsApp us and we’ll reply with your locker number and code.
- A member of staff will contact you to take payment by card and confirm the cost.
Collection
- Your washing will be completed on the next service-wash shift.
- Once ready, it will be locked in a numbered locker and an unlock code will be messaged to you (or we can call with the code).
- Collect during normal opening hours.
Terms & Conditions
- Any service washes not collected within 28 days may be donated to charity.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure items handed over are suitable for machine washing.
- Please specify your preference: hot, warm, or cold wash.
- Please check that items are suitable for tumble drying (check care labels).
- Please ensure pockets are empty and there are no foreign objects (e.g., pens, crayons, screws) left in items.
- Service washes are accepted on a bag-wash basis.
- No inventory is taken. Liability is not accepted for any loss or damage.
- Please note: we assume no allergies and cannot be held liable for any allergy-related issues.
- Any items left at Drop & Go are left at the owner’s risk.
